How do the online services work?
The services are provided with individual Skype or Zoom video conferencing for PC or Mac which are FREE. Use your desk top, lap top or mobile. For how to join a meeting go to or www.skype.com-. After the lesson is booked and payment is made, we will send you an invitation to join the meeting/lesson for Zoom. For Skype, just supply your username, and we will invite you for a meeting.
How do I schedule one of the services?
First try booking a FREE consultation and discuss your particular learning needs with your teacher. Then, just click on the booking tab on the services page and you will be directed to a calendar. Choose your preferred day and time from the available times. The calendar is in the CET time zone. Payment with PayPal must be completed before the appointment. Additional needed info will be provided prior to payment.
Do you offer a free consultation for all the services?
Yes, on the services page click on the tab for free consultation for any of our services.
Are you available on the weekend?

You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

What are my payment choices?
PayPal payment is required for Academic Coaching, English, Business English, English for Kids, Presentation Skills and Career Coaching. We will send you an invoice from PayPal after the appointment is confirmed. For Academic Editing, you will get a quote after the free consultation. Payment will then have to be made before work commences.
What are the hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday 9am to 8pm
Friday and Sunday 9am to 6pm CET
We are closed Saturday
